The current two-page form includes the fillable rank audit and Form 76A promotion criteria, revised September 2026 and effective January 1, 2027. All promotions require a passing Cadet Physical Fitness Test. Required boards and leadership approvals still apply.

- Record completed, verified courses, qualifications and service on the current fillable form.
- Have the training and qualification records reviewed by the assigned auditor.
- Complete the required fitness test, board and leadership approvals for the requested rank.
