Information You Provide.
If you email or call XMC, you provide the information you choose to share, such as contact details and questions about a course. XMC uses that information to respond and support program and family-account needs.
Enrollment, payments, health history and family-account tasks take place in CampMinder/CampInTouch. Parents and legal guardians should use the designated family-account forms and current XMC instructions for required participant information. Avoid sending medical records, payment-card details or identity documents through public search or social-media comments.
Search & Preparation Checklists.
Site search finds information in the website’s own content. Search for a course or general topic; do not enter private medical or family information.
The preparation checklist saves checked steps in your browser on that device. It is a personal reminder, not a submission to Admissions or a substitute for completing CampMinder tasks. Use the checklist’s reset control or your browser’s site-data controls to clear it.
External Media, Maps & Website Data.
Videos, photographs, social-media feeds and maps may use services provided by Wix, YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook/Meta and Google. When external content loads or you open a provider’s website, that provider may receive connection and device information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
Interactive Google Maps, YouTube/Vimeo players and Facebook content load after you choose their load or play control. YouTube players use privacy-enhanced mode; this does not make external content anonymous or cookie-free. Provider-hosted photographs, video previews and native-video metadata may load with the page. Browser cookie controls and each provider’s privacy settings offer additional choices. Website hosting services may also process connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.
