Respect, Dignity and Equal Opportunity.
Every Challenger deserves a training environment built on Respect, Integrity and Pride, free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying or abuse. These standards apply to Challengers, Military Cadre, civilian staff, volunteers and guests.
Zero Tolerance.
We do not tolerate bullying, intimidation, harassment, sexual harassment or assault, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin or disability.
Clear Conduct Expectations.
Unwelcome sexual conduct, offensive comments, unwanted touching and other prohibited behavior have no place in the program. Challengers receive conduct and reporting instructions at the beginning of training. Staff receive additional preparation before working with young people.
Firm Correction.
Defined Limits.
Demanding training includes correction, but it never authorizes humiliation, hazing, abuse or unsafe treatment. The SOP limits physical corrective training to a maximum of 50 repetitions in any combination of exercises, not 50 repetitions of each exercise. Strenuous activity must not be abused as discipline or motivation.
Cadets may not independently impose physical corrective training on other Cadets. Only designated Cadet NCO leaders may direct it, and only under direct adult Cadre supervision. Medical restrictions, activity safety controls and the duty to stop unsafe training still apply.
Report a Concern to the Camp Commander ↓ · Training Time Out & Medical Help ↗
Report Concerns to the Camp Commander.
Report concerns about safety, discrimination, harassment or Cadre conduct directly to the Camp Commander at admissions@xmccamp.com.
At camp, seek immediate assistance from any Cadre member wearing a black Command shirt or a red Medical shirt. Challengers and parents may approach either group.
Protection for Good-faith Reports. Making a good-faith report of bullying, harassment, discrimination or a safety concern will not jeopardize a Challenger’s status in the program. Retaliation against a Challenger for making a good-faith report is prohibited.
Challengers are expected to treat others with dignity, report concerns and follow the program’s current conduct and reporting procedures.

PROFESSIONAL SOCIAL-MEDIA BOUNDARIES
Keep Communication in Authorized Channels.
Parents and Challengers must not follow or connect with Cadre or civilian staff on social media. Do not send or accept friend or follow requests, message or interact with staff through social media, or tag, post about or share content about individual staff members. This applies across all platforms.
Cadre or civilian staff who accept these requests may be dismissed from the program. Official communication occurs only through authorized Camp Liberty channels. Use the official family resources and published contact routes for program questions or concerns.
