AN ARMY MARCHES ON ITS STOMACH!

One of the questions we receive every summer is:   "What do the Challengers eat at Camp Liberty?"

The answer is simple: Plenty of good food!

The Camp Liberty Dining Facility (DFAC) is led by a Mess Sergeant and supported by a dedicated team of food service professionals, along with 4–8 Challenger KPs at each meal. Together, they serve more than 250 people three times a day throughout the summer.  

 

Shown below is a SAMPLE of our 14-day repeating menu. The menu rotates every two weeks to provide variety while supporting the demanding physical and mental requirements of our training programs.​
