HEALTH AND SAFETY - Our #1 Priority at ALL TIMES

The health, safety, and well-being of every Cadet are the highest priorities at Camp Liberty. Our on-site Medical Aid Station is staffed by licensed medical professionals (Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technicians or Emergency Medical Responder) who provide prompt evaluation, treatment, and support throughout each training cycle. In addition, an Emergency Medicine physician is available 24 hours a day through a telehealth partnership, ensuring immediate access to physician-level medical consultation whenever needed.

Safety is integrated into every aspect of our operations through comprehensive risk management procedures, continuous supervision, and established emergency response protocols. Every training event is carefully evaluated to identify and mitigate potential hazards while maintaining a realistic and challenging training environment.

Because summer training in Alabama often involves high temperatures and humidity, Camp Liberty follows a comprehensive heat injury prevention program. Cadre continuously monitor weather conditions, heat index levels, hydration status, and work-to-rest cycles. Water is readily available, and training schedules are adjusted whenever necessary to protect Cadets from heat-related illness while maintaining training standards.Parents can have confidence knowing that Camp Liberty is committed to providing a disciplined, professional, and medically supported environment where every Cadet is challenged, cared for, and protected throughout their training experience.
